If you want to work in the recreationsl dive industry as an instructor then this track is for you. We are a Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) Career-Oriented College Diving Program. We teach all levels of the PADI program to include Open Water Scuba Instructor. PADI is the world’s leading scuba diving training organization with more than forty years experience, 135,000 PADI Professionals and 5,700 dive shops and resorts operating in more than 180 countries and territories. Translations of PADI materials are available in at least 26 languages. PADI courses globally are certified as compliant with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards for Recreational Diving Services by an independent auditor, the European Underwater Federation and the Austrian Standards Institute. This means that instructors that graduate from our program, and take the externally administered PADI exam, have more work opportunities both nationally and internationally.
We also a Divers Accident Network (DAN) Training Center. We teach provider and instructor level courses in the DAN program. You can train to be a Dive Emergency Management Provider Instructor.
Non degree seeking students that have completed the Fundamentals of Professional Diving (CCC) or have the equivalent prerequisite certifications can take this concentration and recieve a Professional Dive Instructor certificate (CCC).

If you would like to be a Dive Boat Captain then this track is for you. Upon Completion of the Dive Charter Focus and proof of sea time the student will be eligible to take the US Coast Guard Ocean Operator exam.
