The mission of the FKCC Bookstore is to serve the needs of both the students and faculty of FKCC. We accomplish this by providing top rate customer service to our students and faculty. The bookstore has a counter service layout. The student provides the bookstore with their registration, then the bookstore employee pulls the textbooks from behind the counter. This system is different from most colleges, but the students appreciate the service provided. The FKCC Bookstore is managed by the Follett Higher Education Group. Policies are determined by Follett. Follett has strict rules regarding the refund of textbooks and supplies. The return policy of FKCC Bookstore reads as follows: The last day to return textbooks is seven days after classes begin. For textbook purchases made after the last day to return, refunds are accepted within two business days from the date of sale. We can only issue a full refund for textbooks returned in their original condition with the original cash register receipt. For cancelled classes there is a time period of ten business days to return the book for a full refund. If you cannot bring your textbook in person please follow these instructions:
