The FKCC Library is located in Key West on the second floor of the Administration building. Collections include print, audio visual, and electronic resources.  The Library also hosts educational programs and workshops.  The Art Gallery, located in the library, exhibits the works of local community artists.  The reading room overlooks our beautiful lagoon with the best view on campus.  Study rooms are available for student study groups.

Mission

The mission of the Learning Resources Center/Library is to provide library materials, services, and instruction to all customers (students, faculty, staff and the community) in an academically engaging environment that supports the curriculum and mission of the college.

Friends of the FKCC Library

The Friends of the FKCC Library is a group of people who wish to support library services to our community. Become a friend of the FKCC Library today, by filling out the form and mailing it or droping it off with your donation.  Our friends help us with library services, programs, fundraisers, and donations.

Keep the library in mind when weeding out your book and DVD collections.  Gently used books are greatly appreciated.  The donated materials are reviewed and added to our current collections, or sold at our booksales.  The monies collected from the booksales are used to purchase new library materials.

Volunteers

If you like spending time in the library and have some spare time to help out, we welcome volunteers.  Contact Juana Careaga, the Library Director for more information.
