Disabled Services
The library provides automatic entrance and exit doors, wheelchair accessible computer tables, and magnifiers for enhanced reading. Please let us know if you need additional equipment or materials which will assist with our services. Monroe County Residents
Monroe County Residents must present a photo ID and proof of Monroe County residency to obtain an FKCC Library Community Card. Library Cards must be presented to check out materials and request items from other libraries. These community borrowers may also purchase access to use the computers available in the library. The cost is $25.00 per month or 2 months for $40.00; or $5.00 for a one day pass. Community borrowers with laptop computers may access our free wireless internet.
FKCC Library Card holders are responsible for all materials checked out on their library card account and for adhering to Library and College procedures including technology and internet use policies.
Renew Books
Books may be renewed by visiting the library, calling the help desk at 305-809-3194, by sending an email to library@fkcc.edu , or by logging into "My Account" services located on the LINCCWeb page.
Students
Library Cards / Student ID
Library cards are also your Student ID. They may be obtained by visiting the library or during student orientations. Distance Learning students and students not in the area may contact the library. The Borrower ID number is the 9000,,, number on your Student ID. Your Student ID is used to check out books, access the library databases, read eBooks, borrow items from other libraries through Interlibrary Loan (ILL). Our online library catalog contains items owned by our library, and items held at other Florida State colleges.
