Annual Unit Plans
Annual Unit Plans are the operational plans for the units that comprise FKCC. There are several parts to a unit plan: unit purpose statement, unit goals, relationship of unit goals to institutional goals, unit objectives, link of unit objectives to college strategic objectives, the expected outcomes, assessment criteria or evaluation methods, assessment results, and the use of results. Unit plans also document any additional resources or budgetary needs that a unit may require. Because these annual unit plans incorporate budgetary needs, their cycle is coordinated with the fiscal year; July 1 through June 30.
