Summer Camps
Summer Fit Camp for ages 7-11
Week long program is designed to keep children fit
and active throughout the summer and will include:
snorkeling, tennis, water safety, swimming, games and
indoor fitness. Participants must pre-register at the
pool.
Camp is limited to 25 participants per session.
Cost: $175 per week, $325 for 2 children, $390 for 3
children. Times: 8:30a.m.-4:30p.m.
Dates:June 10-June 14, June 17-June 21, June 24-
June 28, July 8-July12, July 15-July 19, July 22- July 26,
July 29-Aug 2
Jr. Lifeguard Camp for ages 11-14
A two-week program to learn first aid, CPR through
the Jr. Lifeguarding program. Will also focus on fitness
activities: kayaking, swimming and snorkeling.
Times: 9:00a-2pm. Cost: $225 for 2 week session.
June 17-June 28 and July 22-Aug 2

Sprint Triathlon and Biathlon:

Adventure Race:

Fitness Opportunities
In the Public Safety Building at FKCC

Boot Camp:
A military regime style workout
Tues. & Thurs. 6:00p.m.-7:00p.m.
Instructor: Melanie Bennett
Cost: $120 for 15 weeks, $40 per month or
$7 a day.
Tennis:
Beginning and Intermediate Classes
Tues. or Thurs. 6:00p.m.-8:00p.m.
Instructor: Hector Carcedo
Cost: $120 for 15 weeks, $7 a day.
