c) FKCC makes no warranty regarding any goods or services purchased or
obtained through FKCC computing facilities or any transaction entered
into through the Internet.

from FKCC or through FKCC computing facility shall create any warranty
not expressly made herein.
4.
Limitations of Liabilities
FKCC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or
consequential damages, resulting from the use or the inability to use FKCC
computing facilities.

Applicable Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the state of Florida, without giving effect to its conflict of law’s
provisions.
