The College of the Florida Keys is a Passport Acceptance Facility
PASSPORT SERVICES ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Our facility is authorized to assist with Form DS-11, Application for a U.S. Passport (for all first-time applicants, all minors, and applicants who are not eligible to use the DS-82).
Our facility does not provide interpreters for non-English speaking applicants. It is the applicants responsibility to bring an adult interpreter to assist them with communicating with our agents.
Passport renewals (Form DS-82) must be submitted by mail to the US Department of State. Our facility is not authorized to assist you with this form.

Our facility hours fluctuate depending on cyclical college operations.

However, blackout periods may occur for peak registration periods, holidays, etc.

Making an Appointment
Contact the Business Office at (305) 809-3186 to make an appointment.
Appointments fill up in advance. Expect a 1 to 3 week delay when scheduling.
Appointments are limited to two applicants per half hour.
Both parents or guardians must be present when completing an application for a minor (15 years old and under) unless form DS-3053 (Statement of Consent) is completed.
